MEMBER’S DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

  1. pay the installment on capital stock subscription as it falls due, and to participate in the capital build up of the cooperative.
  2. Promote the aims and purposes of the cooperative the success of its business and the spirit of the cooperativism in all their dealings.
  3. Have the moral integrity to sacrifice self-interest for the greater number in keeping the time honored principle of delicadeza.
  4. Not engage in corrupt, dishonest, unauthorized, and illegal activities.
  5. Obey rules and regulations provided by RA 9520, the by-laws, the decisions of the general assembly, and the board of directors, and the policies, and decisions that maybe promulgated by the CDA.
  6. Work with everyone and give due courtesy and respect to officers, members and general public in all their needs and transactions.
  7. Observer at all times to be a member in good standing (MIGS).

MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING (MIGS)

  • Must have no arears of two consecutive months within in a year prior to the conduct of the current General Assembly;
  • Must have contributed at least P1,200.00 within a year prior to the conduct of the General Assembly;
  • Has attended at least one (1) of the two previous consecutive General Assemblies prior to the current General Assembly.

  1. Ang lahat ng kasaping may edad 70 pataas at yong may mga karamdaman ay “exempted” sa pagdalo ng mga General assembly meetings, subalit kung karamdaman ang dahilan, dapat magsumite ng katunayan ng pagkakasakit sa ating opisina. Ang mga kasaping nasa abroad ay exempted din.
  2. Ang kasapi ng nadeklarang hindi MIGS sa loob ng dalawang magkasunod na taon ay tatanggalan ng karapatang bumoto at iboto.
  3. A member whose “Right to Vote” is suspended for two consecutive years may be a ground for termination of his/her membership (By-laws Section 8. par: E)

  2. Maaring makaavail ng kahit na anong klaseng loan, subalit batay pa rin sa patakaran sa pag utang.

  2. Maaring makautang ngunit 70% lamang ng loanable amount matapos pagbatayan ang 5C’s of credit granting.
  3. Hindi makakatanggap ng iba pang benepisyo na naaayon sa mga polisiya.
  4. Maaring maitiwalag sa kasapian.
